include Schematic Design and Design Development, where the Client’s
program is expressed as a 3D reality through artistic architectural
designs and renderings. Through the preparation of design review and
Construction Documents, Hunter Eldridge creates a graphic
representation of the client’s needs and wishes. Once the client has
approved the conceptual design, Hunter Eldridge coordinates the design
with engineers, designers and consultants preparing documents for
agency approvals and construction. Hunter Eldridge will successfully
guide clients through the design review and permitting process.

During the construction phase of the Project, Hunter Eldridge will
provide Construction Support to the Client and Contractor. By making
regular site visits, Hunter Eldridge insures that the construction will be
completed according to the Designer’s vision and with a quality
exceeding the Client’s expectations.
